HANDS ON INVESTIGATORS

There is an Investigator available at all visits. All subjects are seen in a private, soundproofed interview room. In the event of an emergency, our site has a stocked crash cart and defibrillator.
We are also located less than 3 miles away from a hospital if needed.

DEDICATED MONITORING AREA

Monitors will have their own space to work with access to everything they need during monitor visits.
Our team facilitates quick study start ups with an average start up time of 4 weeks.

CONFERENCE ROOM

For SIV's, meetings and Audits.
We have plenty of space to accommodate multiple people, as well as a TV for Webcam meetings and presentations.

IP STORAGE & SECURITY

IP is kept in double locked area & is temperature controlled with daily monitoring. Limited staff access.
All source and regulatory documents are kept in a secure area with limited access.

DOCUMENT/CHART RETENTION

GMRI keeps all records on-site, in a secure area, for as long as required by our Sponsors.

LOCATION & PATIENT POPULATION

What makes GMRI truly unique is its location. There are no other trial sites within one hour of our location. This allows us to tap into a diverse, research naïve population, which can in turn give us great data. We are dedicated to bettering our community and providing the best possible data to improve medical care and treatments through research.

Our people are our best asset. Under the direction of Michael Hurtado, MD, our research team is recognized in their respective fields with many years of experience. GMRI success has been driven by strong leadership, and its ability to attract and retain remarkably talented staff members. They are well-informed in federal & state regulations, good clinical practice (GCP) and institutional requirements and policies.

24/7 CONTACT

Our Site offers a 24 hour phone line to enrolled subjects, which is transferred to a Coordinator or Investigator whenever we are not in office. This means our subjects always have a way to reach us in case of AE's or emergencies.

NATURAL EMERGENCIES

Our site is connected to a back-up power generator which will automatically turn on should there be any outages. We are also located on the 2nd floor which helps to prevent any flood damage to documents and equipment.
